When a user wishes to run a report after a recent upload on the covered and uncovered devices how would a user set the report preference to view either the comprehensive view of the Covered/Uncovered devices or only the Latest view after the most recent upload.

Hi Gary,

The Custom Inventory report in Library>Inventory includes a field called "Collection Date". If the user includes this field, they will be able to filter to see which devices have been added to or fallen off the live inventory.

Note: Assuming they are wanting to view contract coverage, they should also make sure to add the Contract related fields before exporting.

Hi Gary,

With the SNTC 3.3 release, we have introduced the ability for a user to indicate if they would like their reports to be based on devices from only their latest upload or to be based on devices from all prior uploads.

Please see the Application Settings/Report Preference page to configure this option.

Please note that the collection date shown in the All Equipment Report and the Custom Inventory Report may intermittently report the incorrect collection date, but that will not impact the reporting preference I mentioned.
