Setting up Company Admins - Awaiting Agreement Acceptance

I have nominated 3 associated users to be Company Administrators using the CSAM tool.  The status for each user is "Awaiting Agreement Acceptance" but none of the users have received an acceptance email.  We have allowed a week for this to be received, removed and retried the role assignment but have not received an email to enable the access.  Please advise

Hi Matt,

Each of those users can also accept the agreement when logging into the tool for the first time. Here is the URL they need to access to do so: http://tools.cisco.com/CDCEB

Thanks for the advice, they did end up receiving the email after 1 week
