One of our sites show: "Site verification required" for installed-at-site, and address1 fields. We cannot move any items into this site. I've reached out to our VAR, our Cisco Rep, the Smart Net Portal Team, and the contract management team with no help. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello Matthew,
The install at site on the contract was not linked your company properly, we have worked with internal teams to update the mapping.
Will you be able to push a new upload to SNTC Portal for us to verify the fix is working?

I see that upload has completed processing, however the install site updates still did not flow into SNTC system.
We will check on this further and get back with the update at the earliest.
