I'm trying to understand how is it that I am Customer Admin in the SNTC portal, even though I am the Delegate admin.

Hi Cesar,
Delegated Admin (DA) for given account is different than having access as Customer admin for SNTC portal. Those are completely separate role.
You can have DA access but not have SNTC customer admin/user role. Being DA you can manage CSAM tool and assign different roles to user to have access to SNTC portal. If you have only DA access and not customer admin role for SNTC portal then you will not have access to SNTC portal. DA role is separate than customer admin/user role to SNTC portal. Being DA you can have access to CSAM tool.
