Smart Net Total Care 3x portal is currently unavailable

Hello

 

I'm not able to find any update on this but I'm just receiving the following error for the last 3 days.

 

Smart Net Total Care 3x portal is currently unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the issue.

We should be back online shortly. Meanwhile, please refer to the community for questions and updates.

 

Can you confirm if it is general maintenance? If yes, can you confirm the ETA?

SNTC has been sporadically broken for about a week now and no (in)formal notice from Cisco.
Contact your Cisco AM/SE for more information.

Can you try again?  Apparently, the issue has been resolved.
