Is there a way to reset the portal to the defaults?

Hi Darrel,
You are able to delete inventories, if that is what you mean. That will give you a fresh view of your installed base. Please see the Inventory Deletion section of the SNTC User Guide for details.

Hello Cheri,
So deleting all the existing inventories will bring the portal back to the initial setup?
I am also deploying the CSPC collector and are having challenges with the uploads.
Would you be able to help me with doing an export of the collector file for me to manually perform the upload?

Hello,
On later releases of the CSPC, you can also use the quick link buttons and select "Collected Data" to access the report.
