Is there a way to reset the portal to the defaults?

Hi Darrel,

You are able to delete inventories, if that is what you mean.  That will give you a fresh view of your installed base. Please see the Inventory Deletion section of the SNTC User Guide for details.

So deleting all the existing inventories will bring the portal back to the initial setup?

 

I am also deploying the CSPC collector and are having challenges with the uploads.

Would you be able to help me with doing an export of the collector file for me to manually perform the upload?

Yes, that is correct. You can remove the initial inventories on the Portal.

You can download this full collection file by using the below steps.

Click on Reports -> Collection Profile Run Summary -> Select Action -> Export Collection profile Run Data...
Select ok on next popup.
The file will be created locally on the CSPC, you may then download using Reports -> Job Management Reports -> Miscellaneous Jobs -> Sub Type (CP Export Jobs) -> Ok
Select Action on Job ID and download File.

Under Reports, there is no option for "Collection Profile Run Summary".

On later releases of the CSPC, you can also use the quick link buttons and select "Collected Data" to access the report.
