I have just setup a SmartNet contract for our equipment and the portal says it is setting up and check back later. It is well over the 24 hours and I cannot no anything.
What should I do?

Thanks, Jarrett. It is all set up now.
If you could fix all my other problems I'd be very grateful - lol. It isn't easy being a newbie in the Land of Cisco!

I have this problem too, any chance you could have a look at my account too?
This is a new setup, and the portal is still showing:
"Thanks for logging in, your account will be available within 24 hours.
Check back later."
Thanks,
Richard

It's been 4 days and mine still says account setup in progress. I've refreshed to no avail.
