Smart Net Total Care Portal Down

Hi There,

When logging into the Smart Net Total Care Portal I'm greeted by a message saying the portal is unavailable.

Is there an ETA for when this will be fixed?

Thank you for your post.  We are actively working to bring the portal back online and will update the banner here in the community once it's confirmed operational.
