Smart Net Total Care Portal Error

When I connect to my Smart Net Total Care portal page my name appears in the upper right with 6 icons next to it.  When I click on the first one next to my name it provides two choices - "Cisco Profile Manager" and "Cisco Service Access Management".  When I click on the latter I don't get there.  Instead I get a separate window that says "This cdceb-prod.cloudapps.cisco.page can't be found.  No webpage was found for the web address: https://cdceb-prod.cloudapps.cisco.com/CDCEB"

This is a known issue and we are working towards getting the URL references fixed.

Meanwhile you can access CSAM tool using URL: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/

The URL is available under Useful Links - Account management
