Smart Net Total Care portal

When my customer tries to register at SmartNet Portal, after he checks his address, the following screen appears:

Hi User,

 

When error was seen? Could you please request customer to try one more time? If issue persist, please private message me Serial number, contract and CCOID is being used during registration. I will update you further on findings.
