Smartnet Total Care Portal Data

Other than the CSPC or 3rd party inventory collectors, is there any other way to get device data into the total care portal?  For example, is Cisco able to load in purchase information from sales orders or other documentation?  Or are we limited to a SNMP polling collector and uploading that collected data?  Smart Net Total Care Portal and Collector Discussions

Thanks!  Follow-up question.  So far as you know, is there any back-end connection to CSCC or other tools that allow Cisco to "deposit" information into a customer's Total Care portal?

Although we do compare imported and uploaded data against CSCC and other systems, there is no way for them to deposit any data into the portal.
