Hello,

We installed a collector at customers site. 

I stumbled upon a report titled NotProcessed_Device_Report.

Several Chassis and Cards are listed with error code SNAS-0700.

Some chassis are N5K-C5548UP.

Why do I get this error code with a genuine Cisco device?

Would you be able to send me more details about which Inventory Name/Customer Name/Device Serial Number where you saw this code at?



SNAS stands for Serial Number Assessment Service and the error could indicate there was not enough collected data from the device to validate a valid PID or Serial Number from.
