I purchased a SmartNet contract in Sept, and assigned it to my SSO. That's the only place I can see it is under my profile and Access. If I go to CCRW I get not found, but a sales rep can see it assigned to my name from his side.
I've opened 4 cases and have yet to get this resolved, just sent back and forth between teams.
Would love some direction in getting this resolved.

Support was finally able to resolve my contract/profile issue on the 5th case.

Hello Ben,
This community is only able to help with SNTC Portal or CSPC related issues and may not be able to help with CCW-R. I believe you can reach out to your Account Manager or Partner team for resolution of any issues with CCW-R.
