SNTC error: FAILED: SNAS validated data not available

Hi 

 

All devices uploaded to the SNTC portal is in the category "not recognized", but in the collector everything is good and I can see all information. 

 

All devices in "not recognized" has the error: FAILED: SNAS validated data not available. 

 

All devices is also in "all inventory" but I do miss info like S/N and SW version.

Hey Andreas, Your latest upload is missing collection data. You may want to follow the post and make sure you are running collection profile.

I don't have a "default" collection profile. 

 

I have a SNTC profile containing 146 datasheets. 

 

I have tried to make a custom collection profile with all datasheets without the "do not select" with a total of 295 datasheets. 

 

After collection I ran the upload profile but still missing data. 

 

Can you provide screenshots of how the "default" profile should be configured?
