SNTC missing coverage info on many devices

I just ran a custom inventory report and it's missing coverage info on a lot of devices (over 200), but not all.  Almost all of these are under our contracts, so it's not some sort of LOA issue.  It doesn't appear to be a glitch as it's appearing this way on past reports as well.
