SNTC missing serials for multiple customers on different versions of CSPC

Starting yesterday, I noticed several customers that I have CBR Admin access to are missing the serial #s from this past weekend's uploads.   Other are working just fine, so I tried to find any commonality with CSPC versions.  The only one I've found so far that worked is on 2.8.1.3.  Others with 2.8.1.5 are not as are ones on older versions.  I saw another post about checking profiles in CSPC, but nothing has changed there, the serials have always shown and now suddenly they do not.  Please advise.

Hey JSM92,

 

It is possible this issue is spanning from the bug ID CSCvq89357 . Please private message me some of the customers/companies that are seeing this and I will check some details.
