SNTC not updating

The customer has issues with the portal not updating the inventory. Who can I reach out to or who can help the customer get this issue resolved?

Hi,


If customer has smart assist contract, please request to open TAC case.

 

SNTC Require Contract types (TSAB, TSAS, TSAG, TSAP), AMSP, AMSS, AMST, FTSS, SPADV, CSAS, PNSAS, or NLS1) :
