Hi
When my customer access services.cisco.com he is directed to Cisco SmartAdvisor and there is no "back" button to choose "Smart Net Total Care". Is this issue happen due the issue along the week? See the image below:
I need some help, please.

The account you mentioned does not exist in services.cisco.com and the cco id you provide does not have any SNTC account associated with it. The customer DA must do this on the CSAM tool
Creation of portal instance and of customer access is not done on services.cisco.com it is done on CSAM tool. Customer Delegate administration must do this on that tool
CSAM is the initial registration that must be done in the on-boarding process. See below, the first link is in regards to Roles and Access. I have also included the SNTC User guide, second link below.
