SNTC Portal access problem

Dear Cisco Community,

 

My client is trying to access to the SNTC Portal with his Contract Number and Serial Number already associated, the contract is a SNTC 8X5XNBD that expires until February 2020. The problem is that when the client logs in, in the portal appears the error message that I have attached.

 

Is there any problem with the portal?

Hello,

 

The customer DA needs to assign the Customer Admin/Customer User role to Raul, he should then able to access SNTC Portal.
