I had got a mail "Order Completion Notification...." from Cisco, with a link "Download Order Completion Report" an when i try to follow this link i get the same error "You are not authorized to access this resource".
I´m the company administrator, so i think i have the permission. What do i wrong ?

You currently do not have any roles assigned within the CSAM Portal. Your DA will need to assign either CustomerAdmin or CustomerUser SNTC roles so that you may access the SNTC Portal a https://services.cisco.com/.
If you wish to view the CSAM Portal, your DA can grant you additional Admin (DA, Role Administrator) type roles. These are separate from SNTC.
