Hello experts,

Does the Bugs tab in the device level detail view report on all levels of bugs, and if not, can you specify which levels (Sev 1, Sev 2, etc.)?

Where is the report where you can see "bugs"?  From the SNTC portal?

Hello bwalsh,

The Bugs information is displayed when you drill down to a device using the hyperlink on the device  Hostname or Serial Number fields. My preferred views to do this from are Library>Inventory>All Equipment or Library>Inventory>Custom Inventory.

Hi Nathalie ,

Bugs Tab shows all the bugs irrespective of severity of the bug(raised for the product) .
