SNTC Portal - DA Access

A customer wanted to change the DA to the SNTC portal. They were able to log in to the portal with the old DA account and assign access to their other ID as customer administrator. However, when they log into the SNTC portal, they only see a blank page and eventually redirects them to sign up. When they try to sign up, it tells them they already have access and they send them back to the blank page.

 

In CSAM, the account appears as customer administrator and the old DA is no longer there. Only the old DA appears in the portal, not the new customer administrator.

 

Could you please help me with this?
