Hi,
The customer was trying to register as Customer Admin of SNTC Portal, and he got "Our records show that your company already has a Delegated Administrator listed below" message as attached. If the DA approves the request, then he will become an Admin / User of the existing portal, right?
But the customer has to register a separated portal with a specific contract number which was not registered by current DA as he doesn't want to share asset information with other departments. Is there any way to solve this problem?
