SNTC portal data gone

Hi there,

 

As recommended, I'm starting a new discussion regarding SNTC portal and all inventory/contract data disappearing.

Yesterday 11/29 a colleage checked and there was no data for our customers, as of today, portal remains without any.

Hello David,

With our latest release of SNTC 4.0, previous CSV file imports which were available in the 3.0 portal will need to be imported/migrated over to the new environment.
