SNTC portal down?

Have been unable to gain access to the portal for last 2 hours.  It shows me all accounts I have access to, but no data within any of them and showing this error.

SNTC has been sporadically broken for about a week now and no (in)formal notice from Cisco.
Contact your Cisco AM/SE for more information.
