SNTC Portal Export

Team,

 

We tried exporting the 'Not Collected' equipment in the SNTC Portal so that we could try and figure out why they weren't being collected. The problem is that you are able to see what equipment isn't being collected because the IP address is available in the portal but when you export the report, the IP address does not show up on the report. Any suggestions?
