Hello,
Can anyone view General tab under Application Settings on SNTC portal?
For me, it goes almost forever to load.

It's been few days but the problem still persist. I checked the bug search tool, in the workaround section it says "View User Roles From CSAM Tool or "admin" section". I'm not sure if this is helpful. Since I'm customer admin role in CSAM, should I have issue with portal menu access?

I've often had problems with the General TAB too,
But now, the whole "Application Settings" page won't load, or loads with blank page.
I tried a few browsers.
Also the "Useful links" item loads for ever.
