Hello,
I'm trying to help provide an answer to the question I received below.
"In SNTC portal, a user can see all of the TAC cases they have opened in the past against their userID. (even cases opened online or via other sources)
But that user cannot see other Users in their company. Even if they are the highest admin user. Why is this? Why can they not pull a list of all TAC cases opened up by CCO ID's assoc to their devices in their SNTC portal? "
Would it be possible for user A to view cases created by User B if they are associated to the same contracts/devices? Any guidance on this is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jermain Joyner

Hello Jermain,
Thanks for reaching out to us, at present in SNTC portal the SR(Service Request - TAC cases) view option is available for the Customer Administrator who has created the SR , other Customer Administrator will not be able to view the SR created by other Customer Administrator even if they are from same company and created for same serial number using the contract number.
Regards
Pamela
