Hello,
My cisco ID is Marcelo.pereira and i am trying to access the client portal tce-rs. We have a valid SNTC contract with the client 94528845. But the portal of the client is Smart Care 4.0 and we need to update to SNTC contract based on the contract number.

The customer can follow Self Registration to get access to SNTC Portal.

Could you please specify if partner company can get access to a client SNTC portal by using their set up rather than having to set up their own as it would benefit the customer -.
Furthermore, can you advise on the steps to achieving this?

Hello Partners can gain access to customer SNTC for contracted devices they sold to them via the CBR role
