Hello, i am not able to access the SNTC portal despite i have administrator role in CSAM.

 

Could you please confirm?

Hello,
Your SNTC role is currently pending approval from your DA. Please ask your DA to login to CSAM and check "User Role Assignments" -> Pending Role Assignments Requests".
