SNTC processing discrepancy

Hi all

My customer who is manually uploading data from CSPC to the portal gets a bit frustrated by the number of devices collected by collector and those which appear on the portal. The difference is 71:37. 

Is there any way to check why we see so big difference?

It's 71 on collector but just 37 on the portal.

So the customer gets 71 devices shown in the CSPC collector and then manually uploads the file to the portal and only sees 37. correct? If this is true then I would open a TAC case because something with the file formatting or the portal itself maybe missing data to allow the other devices to show up there. Maybe the devices are listed as belonging to another customer, I have seen that happen.
