SNTC register issue

Hi,

 

I am trying to register SNTC but when I fill the contract and seral number it appears that the serial number is not cover by this contract.

 

I have been trying with another contracts and serial numbers but the results are the same.

 

The message that appears is:

Is the contract associated to your Cisco Profile? If so you may private message me your userid as well as contract and serial number that you are using.
