SNTC self on boarding : cannot register Delegated Admin

I am trying to register myself as a delegated admin for company XXXXXX

My  CCO ID = yuryXXXX

I am registering serial SADXXXXXX

contract number  = XXXXXXX

It is legal contract and serial, but system gives me an error

Hi Yury,

It appears that you are an employee of the partner company, but the contract/serial # provided belongs to a customer company. Please identify a user from the Customer company to register as Delegated Administrator.  The Customer Delegated Administrator can grant CBR Admin role to you.

I'm employee of customer company (SOOO MOBILE TELESYSTEMS), I had old information in my CCOID, it has been updated and is correct now.
