SNTC uploads do not appear in the Cisco SNTC portal

Our Common Services Platform Collector server has been uploading inventory files to Cisco without issue for the past month or so.  Now, when I check the SNTC portal, the last data upload that is being processed is from March 18th (see attached screenshot).   The CSPC server has uploaded inventory files since March18th.  I know that the server is successfully transmitting the file to Cisco because I've monitored outbound traffic from our CSPC server on our firewall.

Please investigate the status of our upload files and why the Cisco SNTC portal seems to be "stuck" on processing the two jobs that are listed in the attached screenshot.

Please let me know what additional data I can provide to help diagnose this issue.

I noticed that last 4 uploads got successful and as of now, nothing under 'Processing' status.

Yes, the SNTC portal shows that the backlog has been cleared and our latest upload has been processed.
