Software update section not working

Hello,

 

Any of the three options within 'Software Updates' returns: 'Unable to get data from server for report: settings'.

 

It did initially take my CCO details okay but now I get this even when trying to go in to the Settings page.

 

Running version 2.7.2.5.

This symptom appears to be related to CSCvf64814 - to solve the issue, please try clearing you browser's cache and cookies and try using the function again.

 

Update back if the issue persists, as well as what browser and version you are using.

Thank you, this was in IE 11 but is working now I've cleared cache and cookies.
