We are analyzing several customer's collections and finding incomplete addresses on some items. Many are missing the street address. Can we manually correct the missing data? Or is there something incorrect in the discovery phase?

You may want to check Portal User Guide. You will find instructions on how to update "Installed-at-Site information" in the Contracts, Covered section.

Actually, all the line items missing info are not covered under any contract, ours or otherwise. Those that are covered have all the correct info.

Does CCW show proper site address? SNTC reflects the Installed-At information from CCW.
The customer or partner can update their Installed-At location in CCW and this will be reflected in the SNTC portal.

Yes, CCW does show the full address, I spot-checked about a dozen serials.

Can you send customer and inventory name along with a few sample serial numbers to check on SNTC portal?
Also indicate the CCO ID used to access the portal reports.
