This upgrade patch is stuck in prgress. for over a week. How to stop and restart?

My collector does not have a “collectorlogin” account.  I can only login as Admin and then su is not a command available.

Is there something else I can try?

Thank you for the responses.  I was able to end the hung apply job and then reapply successfully.

 

It would be helpful  to have more detail instructions on how to upload and run the UPDateDBscript.sh script in the user guide you sent..
