Specify Not Covered Reason function not working

Hi all,

In the Smart Service Connection portal, version 3.3

When going into Library -> Administration -> Service Coverage. When trying to "specify not covered reason" for either a single device, multiple or all.  A "in portal" pop-up window is opened and "error logging in. Contact your system administrator" error is given

The user is logged in, and has customer administrator rights. 

Any ideas?

Hi Ian,

Obviously, this is not expected, and we apologize for it.  Can I suggest trying one more time and letting me know if the problem persists?
