SSH login giving Java error and closing

When i login with Admin, it give the following errors. This is after running the upgrade from 2.7.3 to 2.7.4 via CLI, GUI not working or auto upgrade not working.

 

I have collector login and root access.

 

Here is the error, any help would be great.

I tried that it didn't work, see attached the order I entered the commands and below it the same error when I ssh back using admin.

Hi Mikey, 

 

During the upgrade process did you notice any errors that might have occurred. I would recommend trying to reapply the patches again as it seems that the initial upgrade that was done may have triggered the errors that you are receiving now.

I didn't notice any errors but I have all the logs and they are attached.

I will retry the install later and let you know.

I also have a 2.7.4.2 update stuck in Initiated. Prior it was stuck in Apply-in-Progress but I managed to resolve that with the procedure mentioned at https://community.cisco.com/t5/smart-net-total-care-portal-and/cspc-stuck-in-apply-in-progress-when-updating-to-version-2-7-4/td-p/3374640, in a linked document page 6. I also had similar issues with the 2.7.3 to 2.7.4 upgrade and had to manually install those upgrade packages as described in CSPC Collection Platform Software Manual Upgrade from 2.7/2.7.x.x, June 2018 which is a document I can't locate on the Cisco website right now. In case the fix doesn't work I assume a manual upgrade will be the only path possible since we can't get access to the Admin CLI? Should I be trying to install 2.7.4 again or the 2.7.4.2 update manually?

Seriously, this discussion is less that 8 days old, if Cisco is gong to be like we need a new issue for every person with the same problem I'll just call TAC. If I have to have my own thread I may as well get personalized support. While you are at it please remove the "I have the same problem" button as it is also pointless if your tracking requires every issue to have a new thread.
