SSL web cert for my Cisco CSP collector- instruction not very good please help

Below are the instructions I found uploading a web cert to my collector,

they are not very clear. - the first command does not run .

I have a valid CA cert. Are there any more clear instructions anywhere.?

------------------------

Common Services Platform Collector User Guide

Appendix G Uploading Valid SSL Certificate

/opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/jreinstall/bin/keytool

-list -v -keystore $CSPCHOME/webui/tomcat/conf/cspcgxt

Enter keystore password:cspcgxt

Now the CSPC keystore has only 1 Alias,

Keystore type: JKS

Keystore provider: SUN Your keystore contains 1 entry

Alias name: 1

Changing Alias name to tomcat (this step is optional) using the command below.

/opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/jreinstall/bin/keytool

-changealias -alias 1 -destalias tomcat -keystore

$CSPCHOME/webui/tomcat/conf/cspcgxt

Enter keystore password: cspcgxt

Step 7 Verifying the Alias name change,

/opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/jreinstall/bin/keytool

-list -v -keystore $CSPCHOME/webui/tomcat/conf/cspcgxt

Enter keystore password: cspcgxt

Keystore type: JKS

Keystore provider: SUN. Your keystore contains 1 entry

Alias name: tomcat

Step 8 Restart the CSPC service using below command

# service cspc restart

Step 9 Verify the uploaded SSL certificate in a browser below screen appears

Hello,

Are you receiving any sort of error when trying to add the cert? At which step of the user guide are you starting at to do the import? I will do some testing on my side and provide an update.

Thank you,

Brandon
