Steps to renew SNTC contract

This forum is primarily for help with the SNTC portal and related CSPC collector.  Our SmartNet Portal Support page contains our Partner Ordering Guide which should help with this. Hi,

This is an old thread, but we have made enhancements to the customer renewal experience that are pertinent to this post. We now offer a customer self-serve renewals experience on the CCW-R portal that allows you to navigate your expiring, expired and active services and software contracts. Data is organized by partner, and you can view existing quotes and request new quotes.  

To login follow the below steps:

1. Go to https://ccrc.cisco.com/ccwr/ec-portal
2. If you are not already logged in with your Cisco.com CCO ID, you will be prompted to log in
3. Enter your username or email, then click Next   
4. On the next screen enter your Password, then click “Log in”  

If you get a screen that says “Your profile is not currently set up to access CCW-Renewals” your CCOID is likely not set up with the proper access level. To get upgraded to the appropriate access level send a request to Renewals@Cisco.com.
