Successfully imported CSV, but I don't see any inventory

Hello,

 

I imported a CSV file and it said it was successful and to logout and log back  in.  However, I still don't see any of our equipment when I login to services.cisco.com.

Hello,

Just got confirmation that your upload completed processing. It normally should not have taken this long.

Please verify and confirm that you can see your data.

Good morning,

Looking at the backend I can see that two CSV uploads were received. On Aug 28 and 29. One of which is being processed, one is in the queue waiting to be processed.

Since no uploads have processed at this time, your view does not yet allow you to see them listed under “Upload processing”. Once the upload completes to process, it will become visible.
Please allow up to 48 hrs for your upload to complete.

Okay, thanks, I didn't realize it took that long.  You can cancel the second upload if you want, they should be identical.

 

 

Let me work with the dependent team to have this performed.
