Support contract Number

we did a renewal for SNT and i got from the Disti the Bill to ID and SO number 

how can i register this support and how to get the support contract number

Hello Habib,

Your Disti should have been sent the contract number after the contract was set up so they may have the number now.

With a contract renewal, if transacted in time, the contract number remains the same as the 'old' contract. Can you share the 'old' contract number and we can see if that is still Active?
