I continue with the problems. Now the 503 Service Unavailable message appears on a big screen.
It is really uncomfortable not being able to work.
Contact your Cisco AM/SE. There is something wrong with SNTC, that's a certain, however, the people managing SNTC is not making any effort informing users of any issues. Your Cisco AM/SE should be informed so they can send a "rocket" up the food chain.
Can you try again? Apparently, the issue has been resolved.
