The tail-end gateway is not registered yet

Good Day,

I am struggling to upload the data from the CSPC device to SNTC Portal, i am receiving the "tail-end gateway is not registered yet" error when trying to upload.

We previously had the Cisco CSPC setup, however we had to delete and rebuild the device (old version 2.7.3 and new version 2.8.1). I used the existing CSP-C entitlement as i could not generate a new one on the SNTC Portal.

Please could someone assist?

Where are you seeing this error at? When attempting upload do you get the same error in the web interface? If not, what is the error here? Can you also share the appliance ID of the collector.

i see this error when uploading the data from the CSPC GUI, please provide your email address so i can forward the sensitive info?

It happen to us as well after updating CSPC from 2.8.01 to 2.8.1, so we had to revert back to the older version. Looks like 2.8.1 is not able to handle the upload.
