Ah true.  You are right.  It won't be able to validate the serial numbers either because the records for validation don't exist in the Cisco DB.

Hello,

If you could attach a screen shot of the error message we may be able to hone in on what the issue is specifically. Please be sure to remove Row 2 from the template file, and also be sure that all IP addresses are populated correctly (these do not need to be accurate to reflect actual network data, but it does need to be a valid IP address format). Same for the MAC address field.

Hi Justin,

Follow annex of screen shot of collect error relative to upload Processing, jointly with screen shot of CSV import error and the screen of file .csv;

Thank you for your help!

The callmanager doesn't supply serial numbers.  SNTC will use the collected MAC Address to lookup the serial number in a Cisco Test database.  The 8845s are generally not in that Test DB so that is why it cannot find a serial number.

Hi Chris,

Thank you 4 these informations;

What´s next steps to solution this issue?

Thank's

Unfortunately there is no solution for this. You can collect the serial numbers yourself and upload in a CSV to the portal.

I did this process, but gave error in import of CSV, followe the error screen shot in annex;

Hi Chris,

The portal of SNTC allowed the import of file csv, but gave error on validation of MAC Address;

Follow error screen shot fo import;

Thank's

Okay Chris! Thank you very much for you help!

Let's go to control this Serial Number by the CCW-R;
