Trouble with "My Reports" Tab?

Hello,
Is anyone else experience issues with the "My Reports" page? I'm having trouble getting reports to generate from the Schedule Task function. It keeps saying report request created successfully but then the report does not show up in My Reports. I have been able to work around by "scheduling" the report (instead of clicking Run Now) and then it will show up in the My Reports page but I can't get them to download. 

Anyone else having issues with this?

Hi Joseph,

Thank you for reaching out to us , Could you please clear your cookies and type this link to your browser "https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/NextGen/" to get into SNTC UI (portal) . The preferable browsers are Google Chrome , FireFox . Please try to Schedule the report from "Schedule Task".

Action -> Schedule Task ->Please select report type and click Proceed button  -> Run Now

Please let us know if you still not able to see the reports under "My Reports" Tab.
