Hi -- A customer is the delegated admin and can access services.cisco.com but is getting a notification that they are not authorized to access CSAM.

I'll investigate and follow up as soon as I learn more.
Edit:
I've completed the investigation and determined that another user is currently DA, therefore this level of access is expected.
