Unable to associate with portal

I have a contact at a contact who is a new employee at a customer.  He is getting an error trying to associate with his new employer's SNTC portal because he is still associated with his his old employer's portal, and the old employer is being uncooperative in removing his access.  Please help me straighten this out.

A user will be able to also remove their own company associated as needed by using this URL -> https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/requestorupdate_association.do?



Can you please have the user login and see if this is successful for them?
