We have several CSPC Collectors that we cannot access from services.cisco.com. We follow this process:
- Manage Collectors so it lists them all.
- Click on the 1 in the Collector Count column.
- Check the box to the left of the Collector ID number.
- Select Access CSP-C from the actions menu.
- Cometimes we get Connected....successful sometimes not.
- The we get either Internal server error, please try to connect later OR Appliance is not reachable - please verify that CSP-C is running.
We know the CSPC is running and we have connected to it previously but now it seems we are locked out. Can anyone suggest anything we can do to get connected?
